Cancellation Policy

1. Session Schedule: The sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon dates and times between the student and the tutor. The sessions will be conducted online using a suitable video conferencing platform. 2. Rescheduling: If a student needs to reschedule a session, they must provide at least 48 hours notice to the tutor. Rescheduling will be subject to the tutor's availability. 3. Cancellation Policy: If a student wishes to cancel a session, they must provide at least 48 hours notice to the tutor. Cancellations made within the notice period will not incur any additional charges. Cancellations made outside the notice period may result in the session being deducted from the package.
